Randy Yohe

Randy Yohe, News Reporter, Hometown Radio

Randy has come full circle in become part of the the "Mix"- joining this great team.  He started in Radio as a Michigan State University Radio Network Dee-Jay back in  70's. Did some club DJ'ing, worked some small town stations in my native Michigan, then went for his Masters Degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Missouri.  That's where he got into news and into TV.

Randy had his first TV reporting job at WSAV in Savannah Georgia, then came to Huntington in the late 80's at WSAZ, where he was assigned to cover Southern Ohio and Eastern Kentucky.

For more than a decade, Randy  joined Steve Hayes on Mix 99.3 every Tuesday morning doing "Rappin' with Randy"

"Now, I couldn't be more thrilled to work with Bill Shope bringing you the news you can use. I'm been married for 25 years to my lovely and understanding wife Vickie, I enjoy all kinds of music, am a avid college basketball fan, love to emcee any festival or event that comes along and enjoy traveling near and far.  And now, back in radio, and couldn't be happier."
